| This is a picture taken from the Syngenta US twitter page. At first glance this just seems like a picture of a few bags of corn seed. Read the the title again. "HYBRID CORN" seed, its not exactly naturally found. Corn has been modified to bear more in one growing season but at the cost of nutritional value. Hybrid corn is easier to spread to markets in other countries because more of it is made in the same amount of space and the same amount of time as unmodified corn seed. Another one of the many uses that corn has is for syrup. This syrup is found in many products today but not naturally occurring in the world. People are becoming concerned about the healthiness of corn syrup. |  |
